Twin Pines Housing Trust is a not-for-profit housing developer located in White River Junction, Vermont. It is dedicated to the development and management of affordable, safe and well constructed housing in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont. Since its inception in 1990, Twin Pines has assisted hundreds of families.

Saucier + Flynn, landscape architects offer innovative open space planning and landscape design. The team of creative and experienced design and planning professionals took on the challenge of site planning for the complex and beautiful piece of land on which the Gile Hill housing now sits. The result is a human scale neighborhood respecting the natural setting.
Maloney Properties, Inc. specializes in the management and marketing of large residential properties including newly constructed properties and properties going through major rehabilitation. The firm is a successful women-owned business and is operated by an eight member Board of Directors, all of whom have worked in the industry for at least twenty years. The firm has participated in the development and management of many newly constructed properties, including the award winning Rolling Square in Boston, one of the country’s leading examples of successful mixed-income developments.
